The responsive parent's sleep guide bundle
FOR EXHAUSTED MOMS WHO WANT TO SUPPORT THEIR little one TO BETTER SLEEP WITHOUT SLEEP TRAINING
Your guide [bundle] has given me my sanity back.
"Your guide [bundle] has given me my sanity back.
I feel like the weight has lifted and I am finally able to be the Mom I always wanted to be.
My baby is sleeping better, I am sleeping better and most importantly we are more focused on being present in each precious moment.
Thank you for your help. It was the lifeline I needed".
If you could have a roadmap that walks you through supporting and improving your baby’s sleep (without any type of sleep training) andboost your confidence in your decision to be responsive to them both day and night…
Would you give yourself that chance?
Or, would you keep on:
Feeling exhausted, stressed out and questioning if you’re doing something wrong with your baby’s sleep
Dreading naps and bedtime because you know it’s going to be a struggle
Feeling like you’re stuck in an unsustainable situationbecause what you’ve tried (things like following wake windows, black out blinds, etc etc) haven’t worked to improve sleep
Letting those unsolicited comments from your MIL about how you’re managing your baby’s sleep ruin your day
Good news, though! 🤩
This doesn’t have to be your experience with your baby’s sleep.
With the All Ages Guide Bundle, you’ll have a clear roadmap to support your baby in sleeping their absolute best - no sleep training needed, from birth through toddlerhood!
Owner flourishing babies | certified holistic sleep coach
Alison Geldart
Hey there! I'm Alison, and I've been where you are.
Quick story time, shall we? ⬇️
“I found another one. We may as well give it a try,” I said, sending my husband the listing. There were also a few “things” in my Amazon cart that promised to help my baby sleep better🙃.
Hell, did we really need to spend $1,500 on a SNOO to get this kid to sleep for even two seconds out of my arms?
But at that current moment, I was sending him to pick up the fifth type of swaddle or sleep sack that was going to help (lols).
Picture me in full zombie mode, crazily scrolling Facebook Marketplace, Amazon, and every sleep blog - thinking someone’s quick tip, hack, or product would magically “fix” my baby’s sleep.
Unsurprisingly 👉None of those things helped.
Fast forward five years: as a Certified Holistic Sleep Coach, I know that new parents like you just want what's best for your baby, some shut-eye for yourself, and confidence in your choices as a new parent. I get it. Truly.
But it’s hard to sort fact from fiction🤔. You want to be responsive and show up for your baby day and night, but you’re constantly hearing that you should be teaching them this “skill” that the sleep training industry insists is essential.
That’s why I’ve created this guide bundle for you - to cut through the noise and provide you with the roadmap you need. No more zombie scrolling on Facebook Marketplace!
3 ways understanding the ins and outs of your baby’s sleep makes life easier:
🎉Optimize what you can control: Understand how sleep works so you can tweak your baby’s routines and rhythms as needed to help them sleep better.
🎉Don’t let the ups and downs of baby sleep throw you into a spiral: Baby sleep will fluctuate during those first years. Knowing how to troubleshoot as these inevitable blips occur will make sleep and parenting easier.
🎉Make responsive changes: Want to make some changes? Cool beans. Change how your baby falls asleep, where they sleep and/or night wean while remaining kind and responsive during the whole process.

FAQ's
👉I can get so much free information on social media. Is this more than what I can get for free?
We can get SO much info on social media. I’m all for it. It can help. But however you slice it - socials is not giving you the full picture. Free guides aren’t either. That’s just the nature of it. The benefit of getting a roadmap is getting the FULL picture. Not bits and pieces.
👉What if I've tried to improve sleep before but ended up giving up?
Sleep can be tricky, and sometimes previous methods just didn’t align with your family’s needs or felt too overwhelming. The difference with my approach is that it's tailored to be kind, flexible, and supportive of both you and your baby. Go at your own pace!
👉How do I know if this bundle is NOT for me?
👉Do you make any guarantees about how long my baby or toddler will sleep after I read and implement the guides? Can I expect they’ll sleep 12 hours overnight?
Nope! I would never make such claims. (And you should make a quick getaway from anyone who would🚩). Do I know that if you read/listen and implement you’ll see improvements to sleep? Yeah I’m confident in that. But no one can make guarantees with babies.
Your experience in early motherhood matters❤️
And guess what - baby sleep is a big part of that. You’re already the expert on your baby, but imagine being the expert on baby sleep too 🤯 - how empowering would that be?
You can improve sleep without leaving your baby to cry.
